About NORVAXIS

Built on Conviction. Sustained by Results.

NORVAXIS Holdings is a privately held investment firm with over two decades of experience deploying capital across private equity, venture, real estate, and infrastructure. We are patient, disciplined, and deeply committed to the companies and partners we back.

Our History

Two Decades of Deliberate Growth

NORVAXIS was founded in 2006 by a small team of investment professionals who believed that the most durable returns come from long-duration thinking — not quarterly pressure. Starting with a focused mandate in private equity, the firm built its first portfolio of mid-market industrial and financial services companies across North America and Northern Europe.

By 2012, NORVAXIS had expanded into infrastructure and real estate, drawn by the same qualities that defined its early thesis: predictable cash flows, structural defensibility, and the ability to hold assets through cycles. The firm's infrastructure portfolio — anchored by long-concession assets in logistics and utilities — became one of its most consistent performers.

The launch of NORVAXIS Ventures in 2018 marked a deliberate expansion into early-stage technology and climate investing. Rather than chasing consensus, the Ventures arm was built to take concentrated positions in founders operating at the frontier of their fields — applying the same conviction-driven approach that had defined the firm since its founding.

Today, NORVAXIS manages $4.2 billion in assets across four investment verticals, with offices in New York, London, and Dubai. The firm remains privately held, with no external institutional investors — a structure that preserves the independence and long-term orientation that has defined every investment decision since 2006.

Investment Philosophy

Capital With Conviction

Long Duration

We measure our holding periods in years, not quarters. Our structure as a privately held firm means we are never forced to sell at the wrong time.

Concentrated Positions

We take meaningful stakes in a smaller number of companies rather than spreading capital thinly. Conviction requires concentration.

Operational Partnership

We do not sit on the sidelines. We work alongside management teams on strategy, talent, and capital structure — especially in the early years of an investment.

Cycle Resilience

Every investment is stress-tested against a downturn scenario. We look for businesses that can survive — and often thrive — when conditions deteriorate.
